As the Hospitality Industry evolves, blurring the line between traditional and extended stay facilities, QPS has likewise extended its marketing efforts to projects such as Hilton Home2Suites, a high-rise extended stay hotel.
As much of the newer residential development moves from single-family to multi-family housing, QPS performs more and more multi-family projects such as Wilshire Towers. This recent high-rise core and shell project, in the heart of Los Angeles, is a prime example of the Company’s efforts in this area.
