Key Concierge raises $3.75 million

Key Concierge, an Austin-based concierge service company, has raised $3.75 million in a Series A funding round led by Silicon Valley-based Wildcat Venture Partners. ATX Seed Ventures is also part of the funding round.

ContributedAustin-based Key Concierge offers curated luxury services via its app, which works in eight markets including Austin, San Francisco and the Hamptons.

The company, which operates in eight markets including Austin, San Francisco, Aspen and New York, bills itself as “a five-star concierge service specializing in curating seamless personalized experiences.” The funding will be used for product development and to expand to other markets in 2017, the company said.

Its team of luxury hospitality experts guides clients, each based in the city they serve, books vacations and other experiences, such as a trip to a farmer’s market with a personal chef for clients. Clients can interact with their concierge via app, on the key.cowebsite or via phone and email, There are no membership fees, but the service is invite-only. It launched in Austin in 2014.
